Monica G My mom passed away not too long ago and I came across some of her jewelry. I know nothing about jewelry and wanted to find someone to assess it for me. The ladies at Kelly Wade Jewelers took the time to assess everything and let me know what was of value and what was not. I appreciate the fact that they were kind, knowledgeable, and informative without rushing me or brushing over my questions. Even though I made no purchase, I have no doubts their customer service for a purchase would be impeccable.

Dainer Proenza Nah, go there, theyll steal your gold. I wore a thick ring to make it smaller, it was a thick style filled inside and when I picked it up again, it was empty inside, it weighed almost 4.5 ounces and when I returned it, it didnt even weigh 3 and the ring was all bent.

Rich Miller Originally I had brought my watch to a guy in the local mall to change bands. He spent about 45 minutes on it and charged me $125. The next day, one end of the watchband fell loose. I decided to get my watch repaired by Fine Fix. The guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes AND replaced the battery. Total charge: $30.00. I highly recommend Fine Fix Jewelry. Easily five stars.

Jesus Barron It wasn’t OK experience just a gentleman felt like that. He just wanted to sell things showed me a chain of ability. He said it was worth $350 and all of a sudden dropped it too close to 200. Just made me wonder what exactly am I getting?

Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience.
