LukeZen Gamboa Wonderful experience working with TK as we strolled in looking for our 10 year anniversary rings. He spent a countless amount of effort helping us peruse all selections and steering us in the direction that opened us up to the final selections. Absolutely welcoming and patient as well as so very relaxed as we spent quite a good while there with him. We had no hesitations and only excitement once our choice was made. Thank you TK for the amazingly unique selections you have scoured the world to bring to the Austin area and the family feel of such a grand store. Y55 Q Terrible experience. I bought a bracelet for my son’s birthday. I went back the next day because it was too long. They wanted me to pay $70 to shorten it! I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t. They told me I could trade it for something the same value. I got a different and shorter bracelet for a lower value, and they kept the rest. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.

brianna horner I brought my ring in with a badly damaged prong, and Jordan did an incredible job fixing it. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!

Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Brian Gonzales The owner john showed much compassion for my mom when she went to purchased a bell regarding losing our father as of recent. She found the perfect bell to describe the situation. When she went to checkout, john insisted that she pay for the bell and refunded the money. He was so emotional about the loss and continued to give his condolences to my mother. What a true human being and business owner. We will be back and its so nice to know john and his family are true examples!
