1 /5 Taylor Garcia: If I could leave a negative star, I would. This will be my first negative review on Google. The older gentleman I’m presuming owner has to be one of the rudest gentlemen I’ve had the displeasure of meeting in the coastal bend. After finishing up lunch at Hester’s next door I intended to shop for a Mother’s Day gift. I rang the bell just as the sign suggests only to be greeted with a scoff and “WHAT are you SOLICITING MA’AM” “I am not soliciting anything, I wanted to shop after lunch next door for a gift but based on your tone I no longer want to do that” gentleman: GOOD THAT IS FINE *slams door shut as I’m standing there* . This is understandable if I looked like I might be soliciting something but that was very much not the case. Leave your emotions outside of your workplace and respect your potential customers- we all have our own personal issues we are dealing with.

1 /5 Cathy Avila: I brought a new bracelet for reinforcement on the clasp repair and the work done left a small gap on the closure and two scratches that were not previously there. When I pointed out the defects he became very angry and he took the bracelet back to buff out the scratches. After I pointed them out again (after he supposedly fixed them) he still could not see them. He became irate and told me I should have taken the bracelet back where I bought it and became extremely rude. He said he was going to give me a refund for the bracelet repair. I told him he rendered a service, I did not want a refund I just wanted my jewelry returned without the damage. He started writing the refund check to Davila, and I told him my last name is Avila. He had to look at the paper I had filled out on the order with my name largely printed out. At that point it became obvious he cannot see well, so I pointed it out to him and he became even more irate and yelled it was time for me to leave his establishment (sans refund, of course!). He is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. My husband had bought me diamond earrings from this establishment before and they have sized my rings before, but I will never visit this business again.

The quality of their work is outstanding. Their jewelry is beautiful, and if you cant find exactly what youre looking for, theyll make sure to get it for you. I highly recommend them! A+++++
