Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by a nice smiling gentleman in black. During my search, the manager Manuela approached me to see if she could help and we were able to have a lovely small talk with one another. I finally settled on an item after some time and at just the right moment Tashpiya came to help. The gift wrapping was also a sweet touch. I enjoyed the store and their associates.
