Rarely does he ask for anything but as a once brilliant man who collected watches, he has a love for watches. Kirk, Mary, Michelle gave him such a perfect experience. As we left, though he rarely speaks, he said, “That was so much fun” ! Made my heart happy and brought tears to my eyes. The answer as exemplified by the photo of my new Glashütte Original watch is a resounding: absolutely! In my online research I had presumed a few things: Glashütte Original has amazing craftsmanship, the PanoMaticLunar captures my personality, L Majors Jewelers is the ideal place to experience an amazing first time purchase, and the staff are incredible. Today’s visit proved beyond true on all accounts. Melania, Michael, and the whole staff curated an amazing experience for me as I navigated from the basics (how to latch/unlatch the watch) to the values (history of the watch maker) to the practical (does this fit my personality). I am extremely happy with my first purchase and look forward to referring anyone that ever expresses interest in this amazing time piece to a place that values luxury, yet down to earth; tradition, yet leaving a legacy for the future, and exclusivity, yet with quality to match. John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.

Tayler Henson Kelli and her dad were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I both went in— and I honestly wasn’t even sure what I wanted. They pulled out every option imaginable. The variety of loose stones they have is incredible. What really stood out was how personal and honest they were. They said, “Tell us what you want, and we’ll figure out how to build it.” And they did just that—working within our budget and still creating my absolute dream ring. The quality is stunning, and it’s clear they genuinely care. Good, honest people who love what they do. We won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Highly recommend!

Ke Lli I love working with this owner. He always does a wonderful job on any pace I bring to him. Recently I brought in my grandfathers early 1900s vintage lionhead ring that had been missing a diamond eye for years. He was able to replace it flawlessly and extremely cost-effectively! If you have jewelry repairs sitting around your house I highly recommend you take them to him!!!

Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!
