J H We had a unique and stressful situation when my wife’s wedding ring was mishandled by the jeweler. What could have been a nightmare was completely turned around thanks to Monica G.(store manager). She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! If anyone has had a problem with Kays stores before I would recommend changing that opinion by going here and talking with Monica or her staff. Theyll do whats right. Thats for sure!

They ordered the perfect setting because they listened to what I wanted. Its so wonderful to be able to take my jewelry to an actual jeweler/gemologist for maintenance etc. Instead of having a chain store send my jewelry off to a stranger. Bruce Garcia Decided to check this place out to buy something nice for my wife. It was a pleasant shopping experience. No pressure or rush from the sales associates. The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed in a manner that was not overwhelming to my senses. The manager, Laura, personally tended to my wife and I. She was friendly and answered any questions we had. I don’t usually frequent jewelry stores but would definitely recommend this one.

Whitney McGregor I’ve been a huge fan of SB jewelry since I discovered them at a Christmas market. I’ve watched the company grow as well as Sarah’s designs for more than 3 years. I rarely buy anything that isn’t SB because the quality and prices are unbeatable. Customer service is super easy to work with (I’ve had custom items made) and all of the staff is so sweet. I love that there is always a variety of jewelry to pick from as some designs are my taste and others are not. She does such wonderful, simple classic designs. Highly recommend!
