1 /5 Victor Knows Credit: My family and I had one of the most disappointing shopping experiences at this location. We were excited to come in and shop for my wife’s birthday trip, as she has spent a lot of money with Kendra Scott over the years at different stores. Unfortunately, this will be the last time.
We were the only family of color in the store, and while we were standing there waiting, every customer who came in after us was greeted and asked if they needed help except us. After standing for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we decided to leave.
Whether intentional or not, the lack of acknowledgment spoke volumes. No customer should feel invisible, overlooked, or unwelcome, especially in a brand that prides itself on community and inclusivity. Kendra Scott lost our business today, and sadly ruined what should have been an exciting birthday shopping experience for my wife.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to recognize that every customer deserves respect and acknowledgment regardless of color.
