1 /5 Jose Gonzalez: My wife and I walked in, hoping to get a simple battery replaced from a different watch brand and do some shopping. The attendant explained that they could not work on any watch that was not fossil. That being said, we did not feel welcomed. So we went to a jeweler she recommended. Turns out my wifes watch doesnt use a battery. We were, however, treated like loyalty and we ended up spending $600 on jewelry as a thank you for their attention to us.

1 /5 Venkatesh V: I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Fossil store. I brought in my Fossil watch for a simple battery replacement, and they completely mishandled it damaging the dial in the process. Not only was the watch returned to me in worse condition, but there was also no accountability or proper assistance offered to fix the damage they caused. I expected more care from an official Fossil location. Thankfully, I later visited Watch Station, where Sam went above and beyond to help me to send watch to the service center for fix. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility. If you truly care about your watch, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this Fossil store and going to Watch Station instead. They actually know how to treat customers with respect.

5 /5 Steve Nelsen: I received excellent service when I went here to replace my 10 year old wallet. I bought a replacement for $24 on-sale. Fossil also has a large variety of watches that are in the latest style. I bought a Fossil watch in 1989 that I still frequently wear. I had it repaired in the last 10 years for a total cost of only $8. This company has many of the latest styles in watches and leather wallet accessories. The employees are very helpful.

I selected a gold-colored pair of earrings, but during billing, the staff member helping me had trouble scanning the barcode. After trying multiple times with no success, she scanned a silver pair instead just to complete the billing process. Unfortunately, she ended up packing the silver earrings instead of the gold ones I had originally chosen. When I returned to the store to explain the mix-up and request an exchange, the staff refused to help, simply stating that earrings are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. I completely understand hygiene policies, but in this case, I hadn’t worn the earrings, and the mistake clearly happened at their end during billing and packing. What’s more frustrating is how casually the staff brushed off my concern without taking any responsibility or even trying to assist. I expected better service and accountability. This experience has made me hesitant to shop here again.
