Alyssa Hashem Happy with the service here! Came in to get a ring resized. Was quoted $200+ at another location in Pearland, and it would be days wait. I came in here and it was completed for less than 1/2 and done with within an hour!! So happy I Will bring more jewelry here to be fixed!

Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. Hannah Rabalais I don’t post reviews really but I was very impressed and delighted with my ring repair! They were skilled, knowledgeable, and so friendly to me and my young toddler. They replaced the entire head of my ring and added a new stone they helped me select. So happy with the result! Will definitely go back if I ever need another fix.

Viking Valkyrie I take any jewelry repair work I have here. They do great repairs in a timely manner, with a smile. Also, they do Sterling repairs and a lot of places dont. Its a small shop, but they pay attention to details and have friendly service.

Adrianne Pamplin There is a post script at the bottom of this review… still loving it! I have been wearing Addie and Clyde jewelry for several years now and am still amazed at the beautiful designs. They are especially pretty because of the artistry in the designs, the use of the finest beads and fittings, and their durability and comfort to wear. They make an ordinary outfit special. They are more than “costume jewelry” because the fittings and charms are also made by artisans. They are gold plated, sterling silver and copper, with lamp work glass beads, and semiprecious stone beads. I even have them displayed because they are so pretty to look at. They are the only earrings I wear now! I have some beautiful bracelets and necklaces too. All are made with great attention to detail, which makes them such a delight. The artist who makes them is a pleasure to deal with too, and every order is beautifully packaged. P.S. It has been awhile since I posted this and I realized I’m still wearing this jewelry every day. Instant class even in jeans! I get compliments everywhere I go. I always show them up close because the details are so nice. Each fitting and bead is thought out. Anyway, the first review still stands and more!

Ashley Atchison Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!! The care, respect and joy they give you every time you go it never ceases to amaze me. If you havent been in you definitely have to check them out!! Before and After below
