J These guys are fantastic. I spoke with David in the Tomball store about an engagement ring. He referred me to his wife Jessica at the Magnolia store. Jessica is wonderful. She helped me design and get an engament ring made in a very short period of time that I had prior to a trip I had planned to get engaged. She educated me on diamonds and helped me pick one out that was in my budget and would look great on the designer setting I had chosen. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiance loved it. The staff are also really good people. Theyre friendly and helpful and not looking to take advantage of you. I took my grandmother here looking to help her sell an old ring she had and they gave her a free appraisal with an offer but also told us where to go shop it around and recommended going elsewhere to make sure we were getting the best deal. Not only that, he cleaned the ring and steamed the diamonds to make it pop for her for no charge! I was blown away by this. He made sure to explain everything to her, and even multiple times offered to change the ring for her and made sure that she was really interested in selling it and parting with it. They just really wanted to help my grandmother out above making a profit on her. This kind of honesty and genuine service is so hard to find these days. Ill be back for sure.
