To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. Thank you Claudia for Informing us about your Diamond Event yall were having so we could find the perfect setting for it and all sized in the same day and letting us be a part of it made it even more sentimental , Claudia is amazing will help you out with any questions you have if you have no knowledge on jewelry, very trustworthy and will keep my business with her, they are the way to go. Could not recommend a better place. These picture do not do this beautiful diamond justice.

Upon arriving to the store, she promptly greeted us with a smile and within SECONDS, she began working on our questions concerning our warranty, account, all of our jewelry, etc. Let me just say, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that everything was taken care of. She far exceeded our expectations with her patience, kindness, and knowledge. Not only did she fulfill every one of our concerns, but after nearly 2 years of not being able to wear my wedding ring(s) due to sizing issues, Ms. Erika walked us through the process of sending them out to get resized. When I walked into the store, I guess Ms. Ruby Gonzalez had noticed me and she took the time to reach out and listened to what I went through and what I needed. She asked who I needed the gift for, asked all of the probing questions needed to better assist. She and her associates each had ideas and pulled some jewelry out to allow me to select the best gift ever. The best customer service, friendly oriented, and best experience ever. I truly recommend this store and ask for the Manager.

Even after the store had closed, they stayed to help us complete our purchase without making us feel rushed. We upgraded my wife’s wedding band and ring, added a beautiful new ring for her other hand, and picked out some stunning earrings to match her new bling.
