5 /5 Dakota Zimmerman: I am going to Las Vegas next week for my bachelor party and I needed my MK watch resized, the store was crazy busy and Ms. Aide went out of her way to help me out and took care of this for me so I could wear my watch to Vegas. Excellent Customer service! I will certainly be returning to this location because of Ms. Aide.

1 /5 Rumi: This place is run like a mean girl sorority mob house. I love and appreciate the diversity as the ladies all speak Spanish to their bilingual customer base -- but anything outside of that, they eye you up and down and check to see if youre shoplifting -- even if youre in bare hands waiting in the checkout line to ask for small leather goods at the counter. Initially there are smiles when they greet you, but they speak fast and have an inauthentic, uncomfortable, aggressive-friendly demeanor asking if they can help. I did purchase a small item as a gift and decided to return it a week later since the item kept reminding me of the negative feeling of when I made my transaction. When I went to return, the associate at the counter scrutinized my item (face deep on a small leather keychain with the gift bag still unwrapped in plastic) looking for a reason to refuse my refund. Caught me a bit off guard, but thankfully I passed their test? I try to empathize with cultural sensitivity as I come from a cultural background myself -- but the aggression in this store is unnecessary.

5 /5 Anna: My sister and I came into the store so she could pick out a birthday bag, and we were so grateful for the amazing service from Enid and Emily. They kindly held the bag for us in the back and even helped exchange it for an unopened one. Really appreciated their help and friendliness

1 /5 Hafiz Usman Ahmed: I had a disappointing worst experience at this Michael Kors location. The associate near jewelry was rude and lacked basic courtesy in how to treat customers. The overall atmosphere in the store felt unwelcoming, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. I expected much better service from a brand of this reputation.

1 /5 Caroline phan: The cashier lady is so rude!!!!!! I come here with my mom in law , we buy some stuff here. We took it separate but paid together , then we can split the money. The lady put everything in 1 bag, i asked for another bag for me, so i can put my bag inside. But she refused and said that she has to charge another $5 for the paper bag . It’s so ridiculous!!!!! We buy 3 bags , we just pay together… is it make any sense that you don’t put it in separate paper bags for customer and have to charge $5 ? Can someone answer me this? If i can give you 0 start, i will . So rude and means…. I will never come back
