I first bought a custom initials ring from them at the Houston livestock show and Rodeo a few years ago and was heartbroken when I lost it. Well for my birthday today I decided to make the trip to Fredericksburg to get a replacement. After hearing that we had driven from Houston just to buy a ring from them they offered to wave the sales tax as well as include a free cleaning cloth. She also offered water and snacks for the drive back. I had a great experience and the hospitality as well as the quality of the ring made it well worth the trip. These are absolutely beautiful watches that look much more expensive than what we paid for them. So I have to acknowledge one of the managers at this Rim location Mr Oscar Barrera he is absolutely outstanding and his customer service is exceptional, they did not have the yellow variant at his store but he went out of his way to drive to another store to get this watch for us, he could have Easily told us to go to the other store but he did Not, this is the Exact reason why I shop at this store and I always deal with Oscar. The 3 reasons why I chose this Citizens watch was the colors on the dial are brilliant the president style band looks elegant and its very comfortable and the exhibition case back is a very nice touch, for the price of this watch its hard not to pull the trigger on it, so I did twice .
