She took the time to show me everything I was looking for and offered to clean one of my necklaces. Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me. This is the first time that I have had the best experience with a professional customer service in one of their stores. Thank you, Samantha!

Cami Staker Absolutely amazing service! We needed a resizing of my engagement ring. Stopped by one day after they were closed accidentally and they opened the door anyway! Helped us figure out how much to go down in size. Had it done within a week. Looks beautiful and fits perfect! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Dianna Lorenzo Went in to buy a new charm for my bracelet, ended up purchasing 2 new charms and got a free bracelet. The manager was friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The manager also cleaned my other pandora bracelet while I was completing my transaction.

Lamyen Chen This is our go-to jeweler for beautiful pieces, big and small. This time we restyled my original engagement ring into a signet. We tweaked it a couple times until it perfectly matched the vision. I LOVE IT. You can choose from the many gorgeous things at the store or you can design your own. The Pampillonia family are wonderful people, the kind of business we’re proud to support. We trust them and have never been disappointed. Thank you for my new Pretty, Tera and Nais!

C H When we walked in, we saw two associates. One never acknowledged my fiance and I. Never looked up or said a word. Then there was Mrs P! She greeted us with a smile! She was kind, patient, honest, and helpful. She helped me and my fiance pick out our wedding bands! She is truly a gem! Thank you Mrs P!

Rabbit Rabbit The family that runs the shop are very nice. They replaced the batteries in several of my watches and were willing to work within my budget. They also set the dates and time on each one. Excellent service!

This store is phenominal quality and value. Tim is also a patriotic and great American and ALL of my jewelry business will be conducted through him going forward.

Alena Salazar I went in to clean my Aggie ring which was horrendous. It was tarnished and was almost completely bronzed, and now it looks like the day I got it. I almost cried. AND IT WAS FREE!!!! The jeweler even let me try on engagement rings since I was window shopping while waiting for my ring (took 5 minutes to clean). He even educated me on what would best fit and what to look for. I was extremely pleased and grateful!!!
