1 /5 Jose Luis Hernandez: I had an extremely frustrating experience with Kay Jewelers. I took my bracelet in for repair and brought some extra pieces to replace a broken ring. Those pieces were lost by the store. The entire process of getting this resolved was incredibly tedious, involving multiple managers from the store customer service and even the districtmanager. They couldnt get their stories straight, and it took about three months to finally get a resolution. After all that, just three days after I got the bracelet back, it broke again. I sent it back under their warranty, and this time the soldering was absolutely terrible. They even soldered a piece that wasnt broken, and the quality of the work was just pathetic. Im done with the store at this point and will leave the bracelet as is.
