We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

J These guys are fantastic. I spoke with David in the Tomball store about an engagement ring. He referred me to his wife Jessica at the Magnolia store. Jessica is wonderful. She helped me design and get an engament ring made in a very short period of time that I had prior to a trip I had planned to get engaged. She educated me on diamonds and helped me pick one out that was in my budget and would look great on the designer setting I had chosen. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiance loved it. I highly recommend Trinity Fine Jewelry and will be using them again. Great people. Great customer service and they are very helpful.

I went back today to have a watch looked at and while he was not able to fix repair the issue he replaced it with something better that will last so it doesn’t happen again. These guys are the best.

Steve Nelsen I received excellent service when I went here to replace my 10 year old wallet. I bought a replacement for $24 on-sale. Fossil also has a large variety of watches that are in the latest style. I bought a Fossil watch in 1989 that I still frequently wear. I had it repaired in the last 10 years for a total cost of only $8. This company has many of the latest styles in watches and leather wallet accessories. The employees are very helpful.

Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.
