1 /5 Norma Murillo: Around Christmas I purchased watch for my son, I knew it might be returned since he is specific in things he wanted watch to do and none of their staff was able to tell me difference in watch models. Went back to return with original receipt and watch in original condition only to be told that it couldnt be returned because sales person added name of my son to receipt. I had card it was charged to and receipt and it wasnt enough. First I was told I wouldnt be able to return it as it had been past 30 days until I pointed out the print on the receipt that I had until the 24th, then suddenly the name they added on receipt without us knowing what that meant, was the new issue. Essentially they created an account for a person that never even set foot in the store with our credit card and our information! Called customer service and was assured that was not their policy to have person whose name was on receipt and as long as it was our credit card we could return. Went back to store for 2nd time to once again encounter rude ego driven supervisor Isaiah who stopped another associate from processing return after I had explained situation. Called customer service again to now be told he was right but only after he coyly talked to them in a very low voice. Needless to say I got money back but in check form that will take month to receive. I would add their policy states original purchaser and original receipt and merchandise in original form must be present in order to have refund. I had it all and it still wasnt enough!! They lost a customer.
