1 /5 Lacy Buenrostro: My husband and I stopped by to look at watches and ended up purchasing 2, the staff was great and helpful, they added an extra discount because it was our anniversary. They put the watches on our wrists while we were standing there and gave us empty boxes and told us we could return for any reason within 30 days. Well come to find out my watch had a defective clasp and randomly comes unclasped without the buttons being pressed or anything. And after wearing it for a few hours I also noticed it has horrible scuffing on the band, that I didn’t do. So we decided to try and exchange or return it, we went back to the store and different staff members than we had dealt with previously, immediately told us we could only do an exchange. And then they told us they couldn’t even take it back because it has been worn already and had the tab pulled. They said they can only exchange if it’s bought as a gift and the person doesn’t want it. I stood and fought with them for a couple minutes and they wouldn’t budge. This store is a scam and dishonest, do not buy your stuff there. They put the watch on my wrist and told me I could exchange or return “for any reason within 30 days” that is a complete lie. And now I’m stuck with a defective watch that I can’t wear because it falls off my hand for no reason. 0/10 DO NOT recommend.
