The exceeded my expectations & created a beautiful wedding band!! I love it so much i cant wait for him to see it. Customer service is by far the best ive ever gotten from a jeweler as well!! They are family to me forever & cant wait to get me some stuff for myself

1 /5 Danielle Skarin: One excuse after another, and then the ring breaks in my hand... I took a ring in that my husband bought for me a number of years ago I didnt care for the setting and asked for it to be reset into a different ring. They continually told me that it would be ready and then bumped my date back. I went to pick it up. It was not sized up correctly. They sent it back. We used their ring sizer to figure out the right size. They got it back. It still was not size correctly. it was not even the size we agreed upon. They when it broke in my hand I told them that was enough. I wanted my stone and my money back. The band the stone was in was a loss at this point because it was being used towards the rings (also got two rings resized) the tried to tell me it was because of the jeweler had a broken laser. Then they tried to tell me its because the driller had personal issues that he had to deal with the delay him and then they try to blame it on my husband because My Husband said I didnt need to tell my birthday. The entire time arguing with me and giving me a different story every time. Never ever ever ever do business with them; unless you just wanna be lied to. I went to them because they had such amazing reviews but buyer beware if the reviews are perfect. Theres something wrong. I am more then happy to share the text chain if they want to say this is not all true

5 /5 Katie Megert: Hashtag Fine Jewelers has an amazing selection of jewelry and Coco is absolutely fantastic! She was extremely helpful in finding the setting and diamond I needed. They also added a diamond onto an older ring for me. Both pieces are absolutely stunning. Hashtag Fine Jewelers is definitely my go to for all of my jewelry needs now!
