Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.
