1 /5 Kontesa Sophia: Terrible Experience – Be Warned If you’re considering buying from this place, do yourself a favor and don’t. Make sure you record every conversation you have with the seller, because they don’t provide any formal contracts and use that to their advantage later. I have a video of the seller promising a lifetime warranty, but when a diamond fell out of my piece and I went in for a fix, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They only changed their tune once I threatened legal action and mentioned the video evidence. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest friendly only when they’re trying to make a sale, but the moment you need them to honor their word, it’s a different story. This place feels like a borderline scam. I doubt I’m the only customer they’ve treated like this, and if they keep it up, I wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down eventually. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable.
