Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. Zeenat, shobha, Roma and the owner Aziz bhai everyone made sure our experience was nothing less than 5 stars. Very welcoming, non judgemental, helpful and super friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. I usually buy all my jewelery from pakistan and this was my first purchase from USA and very happy. I bought a beautiful pendant set and bangle with certified diamonds. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Three generations of my family have been coming to Troy Vinson Jewelers. My family has have three engagement rings, wedding bands and other jewelry made here. They take their time to make each piece correct and special for each person. My family will only come to Troy Vinson Jewelers.

Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.
