2 /5 C: I’ve done a lot of business here over the past 35 years but the lady at the front counter today was very abrasive and rude. Maybe she has some personal problems, but my goodness; be kinder to your customers. It’s all in the tone and delivery. The owner and jeweler himself has always been helpful and polite.

1 /5 Braiden Williams: Went in today to get my wedding ring. Older lady was being so rude to me. Said “ y’all should not be getting married what so ever”. As well as, “my son went through this”. Her life is so miserable that she is telling me that my marriage won’t work out. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.

1 /5 Tiffany Baker: My boyfriend went in to get his wedding ring today and tell me why he came home telling me that this old lady that works there was saying “yall should not be getting married what so ever”. And “my son just went through this”. What does that have to do with me and my husband. It isn’t my fault your son can’t keep a marriage. This is so crazy to me. Won’t ever be coming back.

1 /5 Jesus Martinez: Rude and ugly to me after I said I think I will go somewhere else. She Used the lords name to be disrespectful. To think I wanted to give a local store a shot. I’ll be going to a franchise store after this. Money isn’t the problem. It’s the disrespectful attitude.
