5 /5 John L: Alex helped me every step of the way purchasing an engagement ring for my now-fiance. I walked in knowing nothing about diamonds. Alex educated us about everything from measurements of quality to rating systems and styles. He helped pick out a style and created a ring custom to order. He was extremely patient through a number of conversations and let me look through the microscope to verify ID numbers of the diamond matched the paperwork. He was transparent about pricing and helped us find a price that was fair. He answers texts immediately and delivered on time. Will be returning for all jewelry needs despite a 3 hour drive.

Inside you’ll find more than 40 showcases of engagement rings and wedding bands, and a large selection of diamond stud earrings, fashion diamond jewelry and Swiss watches. Plaza Jewelers is one of only three Omega watch dealers in the Houston area. They have a designer in-house, and use CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) to create a setting you love. They make a 3D wax rendering of your design...and if you still love it, they build it. They take as much time as you need through the process. Their goal is for you to leave with a diamond that you love, that looks great, and is not a burden on your wallet. They also offer watch repair services, building the perfect engagement ring and professional jewelry repair and cleaning.

5 /5 Nathan Neale: We stopped in to find a watch for my wife. While looking, we both saw two unique diamond necklaces. We asked to see them, though we figured they were out of our price range. It turned out that they were priced fair and we were in awe about the quality. We could see that these were both hand made and intricate. We negotiated some and received an excellent deal. They changed the chain and adjusted it perfectly. While we are impressed with the necklace, the professionalism and friendliness are exceptional. We hope that they will become our "go to" jewler.
