5 /5 Everly Moussa: I received my 4th and 5th wedding rings from Jesus Ruiz at this store. I exchanged one of my rings for a more expensive one with a better-designed grip on the stones. I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.

5 /5 Christy Duenas: This is my second purchase here with Tammy at Jared. I absolutely love working with her. She is incredibly patient, didn’t rush me to make a choice. I am extremely picky and wanted to take my time trying on different styles and she was so patient. I never felt rushed. She showed me so many different styles and explained everything clearly. I will always come back to Tammy for all future jewelry purchases. She established a feeling of relationship instead of a quick sale. My second purchase was completely different in the sense everything was done over the phone. She sent me so many pictures and videos. It took a course of days but I would never have purchased something like this over the phone with anyone else. My circumstances were different with my traveling but I felt comfortable and she went above and beyond to help me and have my ring shipped.

1 /5 Efren Alvarado: Poor workmanship! Went in to resize a brand new watch and received the watch in poor condition. The stainless steel links were gouged and scratched. Some of the pins are not set properly. I expected better workmanship from this place. I will need to take my watch elsewhere to get it properly sized and have the scratches removed. I could only speak of watchband resizing, but this definitely reflects the quality of their repairs and workmanship. I would advise taking your jewelry or watches to a professional jeweler for any repairs or watchband resizing!
