Lauryn is personable, knowledgeable, and made the process a pleasure from start to finish. She provided all the information we needed about our rings, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.

Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .
