You’d think, as a customer, the thanks should go the other way around. But when the level of service is *this* good, it absolutely deserves recognition. That said, Ronnie and Layla were incredibly gracious and expressed their appreciation too — it was mutual all around.
Let’s be honest, customer service in most places has become a lost art. So when you encounter a team that still values genuine connection, attention to detail, and passion for what they do, it stands out in the best way.
I had recently visited another store in Legacy West, a place where I had previously made a purchase , and the experience couldn’t have been more different. I stood by both the Breitling and Cartier counters, and not one associate so much as acknowledged me. It was disappointing, to say the least.
In contrast, my visit here was a breath of fresh air.
I came in looking to add something special to the rotation and ended up going home with the new SuperOcean 40mm — featuring the in-house B31 movement and, in my opinion, the best mesh bracelet on the market. It’s a stunner.
