2 /5 veronica Mann: The two ladies working Sunday 9/7 were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help or be there. She opened the door and I said “hello” and she literally said nothing just looked at me. Then the lady behind the counter didn’t want to help me at all- I went to replace a ring I lost, bought it and left. I love James Avery and would have bought a necklace as well, my husband and I were looking too however, the employees lack of give a crap, turned me off. Odd behavior for jewelry employees, I’ve never experienced that before. I won’t be returning to this location.

5 /5 Kayla Lewis: I was in for the charm even with my mom and tia. Carolynn was taking care of us and she was amazing !! She was very patient with us even when we would change our minds about pieces and placements! I love coming in here everyone makes us feel so welcomed !!

5 /5 Valori Nikolas Viger: First timer coming in and WOW! I was greeted by a lady; Carina who knows all the ins and outs when it comes to jewelry! She was incredibly kind and honestly educated me quite a bit! I told her I was new to the area and was excited to have found my new jewelry spot/ jewelry lady!! I cant wait to go back in and see her! She was absolutely excellent and the jewelry is nice too!
