Dean found the perfect stone and came up with an updated version of a vintage ring. I love it! Dean has an amazing eye for detail, and I’m so glad he was a part of making this experience fun. And Bean, his furry four legged helper was a perfect co-designer.

We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

After looking all around Abilene, getting different prices and estimates on completion, KGN jewelry Had the best price with the best ETA. They also do their ring resizing in store, which is very important. Tony was able to get my ring done within one day. They had it shined and cleaned when I went to pick it up.
