Brittany C Dropped my wedding bands off to be resized to one size bigger. I picked my rings up the next day and theyre perfect. Cant see any marks from the sizing and no stones fell out. Pricing was not bad at all either.

After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. Isabelle Flora-Miller We bought a loose diamond somewhere else and got the setting from Payson & Stoughton, I absolutely love the design. They have a huge selection on their website and I found the exact setting I wanted. He fixed the stone to the setting pretty quickly considering it was a custom order.
