1 /5 Kenneth Cee: I went in to potentially buy a bracelet, told the older man and he showed me what he had. I was interested in a bracelet but it happened to be a females bracelet. I told him I do not discriminate as long as it is to my liking. For some reason it bothered him that I was interested in a females bracelet but the damn thing was perfect. Anyways, he basically refused to sell it to me and that left me with a BAD taste. Business is business and I’m pretty sure that’s what keeps businesses alive. I ended up getting mad and just walked out bc the old man couldn’t fathom that I was so interested in what I wanted. (it’s not like he’s going to wear it/live with it) Horrible business conductors and will never in my life return to this place.

5 /5 Brittany C: Dropped my wedding bands off to be resized to one size bigger. I picked my rings up the next day and theyre perfect. Cant see any marks from the sizing and no stones fell out. Pricing was not bad at all either.

5 /5 Gina Roberts: Ive been going here for the past 30 years to buy jewelry or get jewelry repaired. The owners are perfectionists and perform excellent quality repairs. Sometimes even while you wait! When my daughter was 6 months old I had her ears pierced here! Owners are a kind and friendly couple. Highly Recommend. Excellent service.

1 /5 Maggie Mitchell: I bought my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring here before our wedding. Both rings were very narrow after resizing them. I gave them the rings to polish before our wedding. The night I got the engagement ring back the diamond fell out. I had no problems with it the entire year I had it before the cleaning. I brought the ring back and asked what they could do for me to get a diamond and fix the prongs. They told me it was my fault the ring was stepped on and that’s why the diamond fell out ( the ring was not stepped on). It was narrow since the day they resized it. Instead of helping me get another diamond they tried to sell me a much smaller one instead. Obviously I wanted the same diamond that was in it previously. They would not budge in helping me out at all even though after they tampered with the ring I had issues with it. I was forced to go to another jewelry and they helped me fix the rings sizes and put a new diamond in.

1 /5 Frank Napoli: 470 lower for gold compared to spot market price. I told the woman this she said yes online little more then you mail. I said 470 difference. She shut down didn’t want to talk any longer. Pretty rude and potential rip off
