She has repaired several pieces for me, has restrung a pearl necklace and a jade bracelet, replaced a missing side stone in an emerald ring, and has cleaned many older pieces. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

Other high end establishments did not have what I was looking for. My concern was that I did not want something that would be thin and bend or fallout. I also didnt want something too big that would loos Rd inappropriate for a 4yrs girl.Excellent quality and it meets my expectations.
