5 /5 carol blum: I was recently at Gennaro Jewelers with my future daughter-in-law. We brought lots of jewelry to clean, we were looking for a wedding band and to repurpose some jewelry. We spent 4 hours with Sean. He was patient, incredibly helpful and designed a beautiful necklace with diamonds from a lone earring. I highly recommend Gennaro Jewelers. They are honest, talented and a pleasure to work with. If you’re lucky… you’ll get to work with Sean!

My family exclusively uses Gennaro Jewelers, even though theyre a hike from our house, because weve always been treated like gold. They give honest appraisals and the staff is always smiling. I worked with Adrianna for my high school ring, and she was obsessed with making sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I worked with Sean for appraising dozens of pieces upon my grandfathers passing. He was more than a pleasure to work with, understood how to help me sort through all the pieces, and we got everything done same day. A repair piece came out looking better than it ever did, and I can wear my grandmothers bracelet on special occasions. We only use Gennaro, even though were in Mount Sinai - I plan to continue going here, and bringing my future kids here to continue our tradition.

Very trustworthy, even when they take your rings to be cleaned or appraised, it’s never out of your sight. Donna and Sean took care of us today. They were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this jewelry store.

They did a fantastic job and were very transparent throughout the entire process. I worked with Sean, the assistant manager, who was excellent, and made the whole experience seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them.

She is truly an expert in her field and provides exceptional service to her customers. She is also a lovely person. At Genarro Jewelers they encourage you to follow your jewelry and keep an eye on it as it is being serviced. I had an appraisal and a ring sized and sat there and observed my ring being serviced by an expert craftsman. I definitely recommend visiting Genarro Jewelers for all your jewelry needs. It is definitely an experience.
