5 /5 Iris Holland: Went in today to get my engagement ring cleaned and decide to lol at wedding bands. Your associate Sarah at the Staten Island mall was wonderful! She was extremely pleasant and kind. Showed me a few different styles and let me tried them on to see what looked best with my ring. She also gave me her honest opinion which I truly appreciated. She also noted my account with the ring that I loved. She went above and beyond and I wanted to give her the shout out she deserves! Thanks Sarah.

5 /5 Mark Nasr: I walked into the store with my fiance to get the watch that I would be wearing on my wedding day fitted, and there Neil was.. doing what he does best.. take care of you. This man wasn’t satisfied with me leaving the store until the watch fit absolutely perfect on my wrist. His professionalism, expertise and handling of your precious merchandise is second to none. I’m extremely particulate with who I let handle my timepieces, but I will certainly be returning to this location. Thank you guys!

5 /5 Rich Passante: I was looking for a last minute Mothers Day gift and the quality and the sale price today was amazing. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fabricio and Christina at the Staten Island Mall store. Although they both are kind of new there, (I was told by the wonderful manager of Makayla), they acted as if they were in the industry for a long time. But what goes very far with me and extra points, is their enthusiasm and customer service skills in having wonderful conversations. Fabricio was my sales representative and I think hes gonna go far in life (along with Christina). He even went above and beyond to hold an item for me for a few hours so i can make my final purchase decision. I felt very comfortable and I would definitely shop at Kays Jewelry again because of this experience. Rich P
