Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Kaylee Noll I have nothing but incredible things to say about Her Rock and Carlee. From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring. Akilah Gordon I’ve been coming to this place for about 4 years but I can’t any longer. They recently implemented a $200 minimum whole sale rule which was never the case in all the times I went there before. It’s a shame because this had been one of my go to places to find affordable jewelry

Kathleen Lombardo This place was such a great find for my husband and I. My engagement ring was purchased from them and we went back to get our wedding bands and our gifts to one another. They custom-made my band wedding band to fit my engagement ring perfectly. It’s unique, gorgeous and they gave us a great deal! My favorite part is they let us hand pick the stones and view them under a microscope. They were super accommodating, answered alllll of our questions and were always warm, kind and knowledgeable. This really is an excellent business. The prices are affordable and we knew all along we were in good hands.

Derek Gardella Rafi is a great guy and great jeweler!!!! My father introduced me to Rafi, since my fathers purchases of jewelry through Top Custom Jewelwers Inc has always been great I thought I would try it for my engagement ring. I recently just bought my engagement ring through him and the experience was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond of what I could have expected. Rafi made finding the diamond and setting easy through his extensive research. This is the best jeweler around! He was concise, truthful, and up front on what he will be able to offer. Rafi didnt jerk you around or lie but laid all cards out on the table for his customers. He was even so good to have the diamond shipped over from Europe to get the best price for me. This ring was customized from top to bottom and Rafi came through!! This was my Fiances dream ring and Rafi made it into reality. Im so fortunate to have met Rafi and made him apart of the process that change my life. I cant wait to make the next purchase through him because I know it will be nothing but the best. Jill Waldmann I went in a day before my Dad’s 84th Birthday, looking to have his chain extended. I was given options at an affordable price. I told them I know it was late notice and certainly did not expect it by his birthday tomorrow .I was asked me to bring in the cross that he wears on the chain. The chain and cross were cleaned along with a nice gift bag! I was thrilled! Lastly, I received a call to pick up today. The same day! I was very appreciative and it brought a smile to my Dad’s face!❤️
