1 /5 Priya Persaud: Went here a few days ago to get a gold necklace fixed, so I don’t know if the guy that was there is the owner or not but he was on his phone on a call with someone (I understand it could be an important one) anyways I had to knock for his attention…. no problem, he came up to the window I said I have a necklace it’s broken, I wanna have it fixed (proceeds to show him) The man just said “collect it back Monday” (that was Saturday afternoon I went) just like that… I said it can’t be fixed now? (In a nice way, I’m just asking) “No” ( didn’t check, nothing…….) that’s all he said while still on the phone with whoever. Ps. To me a small pliers could’ve done the work it was nothing big I just wanted a professional do the job. Now idk but my necklace is very special to me, it was a gift from my late mom and I intend to take utmost care of it. As a business person how hard is it to put your phone away to talk to your customer, tend to your business and return to your call when you’re done? If that’s the way you do business then I’d gladly take my business elsewhere, because ain’t no way Im just leaving my jewelry in your hands without me validating to you that’s it’s actual gold, even take a look at it see what’s the problem and then you tell me whats the best you can do to have it fixed. It felt like it’s not a big, costly job so it doesn’t really matter kinda situation. I ended up just leaving the store because he had no interest in handling his business. To me that was very rude and absolutely disgusting customer service. Was my first and definitely the last time there.
