MaryKate Baldwin Im a little late on this review. Back in November my fiance (boyfriend at the time) came to visit me. We havent seen each other for almost 8 months due to the pandemic and needed a well deserved vacation. He surprised me by proposing and had this whole plan worked out how we get the ring sized and have it shipped off to get it 5-6 weeks later. My parents had come to this place a few years back and had a ring sized here. I didnt know how long the wait time was so we dropped it off expecting at least a week. He didnt know our situation or anything. But still got it done extreme promptly. Taking less than 2 days to get my ring back.. that my fiance was than actually able to slip it on my finger and ask me again to marry him. Extreme friendly, relatable and great prices for wonderful craftsmanship. He even was able to place where my fiance was from in Nova Scotia because hes gone before. Thank you!

They went above and beyond to assist me with my wedding ring upgrade. I am so grateful for the sensational team at Zales Syracuse that takes care of their customers. James Pusateri I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. When a couple of the prongs on her ring bent, I submitted a claim and the warranty company told me to go to any jeweler for a repair. We walked into Jered Jewelers in consumer square on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst, NY. We were greeted by one of the top three customer service people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - Neil Gablenz. He greeted us and made us feel right at home, during what was a stressful time - having brought a very important piece of jewelry in to be repaired. He assured us that we were in good hands, and he was absolutely right. We left the ring and were told it would be ready in about a week. Not even five days later, Neil called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We came back to pick up the ring, and met with Neil again. Still charming, still friendly, so it wasn’t just a one off day that we met him and were absolutely pleased with his customer service oriented mentality. He is the real deal. The repair was perfect. We were so happy with it that we decided to pick out our wedding bands right there in the store. Neil spent a good hour with us as we looked over what felt like every ring in the store. We decided on exactly what we wanted and placed our order. These were being made to order so we were told they’d be ready on August 6. We received a call from Neil on August 3 that they were ready (three days early) so we went in to get them. The rings were as beautiful as we’d hoped and Neil was right there with us as we tried them on - and he shared in our excitement. Great job all around from customer service to quality of the jewelry itself. We are fans of Jered and it’s largely due to Neil as the face of your company that we first met, enjoyed seeing again, and look forward to seeing when we come back for future jewelry needs! I know this is supposed to be a review about Jered Jewelers, and I may have made it a bit of a review about Neil, but as long as he works there - the two go hand in hand to me. 100/10 highly recommend! Customers for life.

Jules Rose I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !

Frank Palumbo What a great place! Cindy and Steve are just the best and their staff is great also. Its by far the most accommodating store in Rockland county. Besides beautiful pieces, their prices are the best in town. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Love this place!
