I brought my Rolex in, and Frank had it fixed, cleaned, and running perfectly in just minutes. My brother-in-law also picked up a stunning pair of earrings, and the price was right on point. The quality, service, and professionalism here are truly one of a kind. Thank you to Frank and the whole team for going above and beyond — I’ll definitely be back again and again for all my jewelry needs!

5 /5 J C: good service, good prices, good people. i needed some jewelry work done but i dont have a jeweler. i did a quick internet search and i got a good a vibe while reading about northeastern . i went in this morning and met frances and frank. the work was done in short time, and usually im out the door. but i ended up staying a bit longer engaging in good conversation with frances. they are a dynamic duo. next time out give them a try .

5 /5 That Kid From The Block: Let’s start off by saying, Frank, Carlo and a Brandon are great at what they do. They are very pleasant gentleman to deal with and do work with. Franks prices are unbeatable and have never changed since he started the business. This is my second trip back to Northeastern Jewlery and I’m sure to come back again and again. I personally think I found my go to jeweler on this island. If you ever need something as simple as a battery in a watch or a new watch pin Frank and his crew have your back. Personally this is the only spot on this island that I trust for anyone handling my jewlery. You should too. I have a few more watches coming their way that need batteries and some looking at and I’m deffinitly using Frank. Only problem is they do not take Apple Pay but it’s not a problem. I don’t mind paying with cash or card. Personally Frank and his crew of jewelers are my new buddies. I’m proud to call myself their customer. Just had a large bracelet done. Love it and its fits nice and snug. Think I just found my go to for jewelers on this island. FYI Brandon’s dad does a super job. Love his craftsmanship he even fixed the clasp that was bent. 5 /5 Joe Larsen: Always the most pleasant experience every time I step foot in this place. Do not even think of bringing your jewelry to any other establishment. They have a great selection of product and are unbelievable at repairing anything you already own. Brought in my bracelet for repair and was down in seconds without even being charged! Hands down the best jewelry spot on Staten Island.

5 /5 Michael Cohen: I’ve been going to Northeastern Jewelers since I was a little kid growing up in the 90s, back when they were located in the mall. It was the only jewelry store my parents trusted or went to, and over the years, they became the only place I go to as well. No matter how many other jewelry stores are out there, especially all the big franchises, I cant say Ive really been a fan of any of them. Northeastern has always stood out for their honesty, quality work, and the kind of personal service you just don’t get anywhere else. They’ve handled every jewelry repair I’ve needed over the years, including ring resizing, watch batteries, watch repairs, chain repairs, bracelet repairs and resizing, cleanings etc., you name it, theyve done it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pieces. Their work is always flawless and handled with care. I’ve even ordered a watch winder through them at one point, and the whole process was smooth and professional, just like everything else they do. It’s rare these days to find a local business that still holds onto that old school level of pride in their work and genuine connection with their customers. Northeastern Jewelers has earned my loyalty for life and I can’t recommend them enough.
