This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.

Rachael York Everyone in this store was beyond helpful. I went into the store, not knowing what to do stressed out and thinking I may never find something. I was wrong. I have had to leave it with relatives so it can get fixed but every time I got it back it was worst than before. Gave FAIZ a try trusted them with my ring and… the problem was history… THEIR expert to repair the ring AHSIF(I’m sorry if I butchered your name) worked his magic. Erika Bronk I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!
