5 /5 Erika Bronk: I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!

5 /5 Chaplain Patty: Van Horn is a small town family owned Jewers that has been in business for over 50 years. They are, warm, friendly and professional, without pressure. They provide the kind of excellent customer service, like in days gone by. As a free store service, they clean my modest engagement ring, they even checked for loose prongs. It was beautiful, as beautiful, as the day my husband gave it to me 10 years ago. unlike all the other stores, we never felt judged that we dressed down that day. The sales woman was kind about us window shopping until I found the perfect 10 year anniversary Ring. Much to my surprise, he increased the carrot weight prior to purchase. The sales woman was sure to let me know I could stop every two weeks, to have my ring checked and shined, that my ring would be in good hands with on site Jewelers. I plan on taking them up on their offer to maintain my rings and of course to say hello. Pictures to follow.

They are informed, knowledgeable, and experienced with precious metals and precious stones which is exactly the info I need to make a selection. When an item is not in stock, they gladly order. I appreciate purchasing from a family owned business. They know my name, and my jewelry preferences. Be it a purchase, maintenance, or repair, Van Horn’s is the place to go.

5 /5 Todd Knisley: While shopping in the crazy quaint town of Oswego NY, I came across the upscale Van Horn Jewelers. They have beautiful jewelry of all sorts in stock, and Jewelers on staff to make alterations. If you are traveling and need something resized, you may be able to take it with you the next day. You can find a full line of Citizen watches here also. One of the hidden gems here are the many diverse scarves available at outrageously affordable prices. Madison was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful during my visit.
