Lynn Gerard I had a very pleasant experience here as a new customer. I was actually impressed with the exemplary level of service that I received, which is hard to come by these days. Nick and Mike are the utmost professional businessmen, having respectfully answered all of my questions about the process of selling and buying precious metals, as well as my interest in learning about the regulations that govern the specialized type of business they operate. They were both courteous and amicable and I will definitely utilize their fair-trade services (cash paid for precious metals) in the near future when I have more valuable goods to sell.

I worked with them for a custom design wedding band to compliment a family engagement ring, as well as for a second option ring to pair with the band in a lower setting. The process was easy and clear and they really took time with me to understand what I was hoping for with each ring. I cannot recommend them enough for any jeweler needs. I’ll certainly be back to them with future ideas.

Tracy Rhoads Brought my old wedding ring in to be reshaped after it got bent, and to fix the little arms that hold the diamond in. They got it done in just less than a week, for a good price ($~30 to reshape, ~$100 new diamond holder) and it was also shined and polished!

I was originally going to buy my band from an online retailer, but I remembered that I had been to Bell Family Jeweler in the past to have my engagement ring cleaned and decided to stop by so that I could get an accurate band size. I’m so glad I did. Harry was friendly and so knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to “sell” me anything. It truly felt like he was relaying information and advice as an expert, not as a salesman. The total price I paid was less than I expected to pay through the online retailer, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this businesses for any jewelry needs you might have.
