Jackie Cayancela A-M-A-Z-I-N-G JOB!!! I have bought a ring in NYC before I moved to Buffalo. The gold was soooo thin it bent. I have had to leave it with relatives so it can get fixed but every time I got it back it was worst than before. It happens that I was shopping for a gift for my son when I stumbled to MANDATI JEWELERS. Gave FAIZ a try trusted them with my ring and… the problem was history… THEIR expert to repair the ring AHSIF(I’m sorry if I butchered your name) worked his magic. I couldn’t have found a better jewelers to fix my ring and engrave my son’s bracelet… would recommend. Worth every dime. THANK YOU GUYS! *wish I had the before picture so you guys can see the difference *

As a newly engaged couple I could not have asked for a more perfect ring for my beautiful fiancé. They knocked it out of the park and gave us not only the ring we wanted, but something even greater!!!

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
