5 /5 Alana Moses: I’ve shopped at many Swarovski stores before, but the customer service I received at the Belmont Park Village location was truly exceptional.
I had a bracelet that I originally purchased in Austria about a year and a half ago, and I recently noticed it was missing one of the crystals. I called the store and spoke to Maggie, who immediately put me at ease. She assured me that since the bracelet was still within the warranty period, I could bring it in for her to take a look. When I visited the store, unfortunately, they didn’t have the color and size of the bracelet I originally bought. I was really disappointed, especially since I was about to travel for work for two weeks. Maggie promised to look into it and let me know if it arrived while I was away.
While I was out of the country, I also lost one of my Swarovski hoop earrings. When I returned, I called the store again and spoke to Samantha. She went above and beyond—giving me her personal cell number and asking me to send her a photo of the earring. She quickly confirmed that they had it in stock and told me to come in.
I also asked about the bracelet Maggie was supposed to hold for me. Samantha checked and let me know that it hadn’t come in and likely wouldn’t, as it had recently gone on sale. Despite this, she took the initiative to call other locations to see if anyone still had it in stock and could transfer it to their store.
Samantha called me the moment the bracelet arrived and even set it aside to ensure it was ready for me to exchange.
Now this is customer service. Maggie and Samantha both went above and beyond, and I left feeling like a truly valued customer. Thank you to the incredible team at the Belmont Park Village Swarovski store—you’ve earned a loyal customer for life!
