Taylor Tavarez I bought a necklace and it keeps breaking around my neck for no reason at all. It just falls off and snaps in half while wearing. I spent 1,000 on this gold chain and it is the worst quality I have ever bought. Went to get it fixed twice and on the second time I asked to exchange it for something else since this necklace seems to not be welded properly and it being of such bad quality. Needless to say, they refused and said it’s my fault for buying it and that it’s “not their fault for how it keeps falling off.” How??? You sold me this piece of junk. I unfortunately have to sell it somewhere else and take a loss to get something better. Please go somewhere else for jewelry this place is a rip off and has terrible customer service.

Heidi Luna Brought in my wedding ring for repair, as one of small stones had fallen out and needed replacement and the prongs had worn down and it also needed welding and cleaning from 30 years of wear and use.. I was pretty nervous leaving it but was assured it would be safe and I was very pleased with the outstanding service of Matthew James Jewelers and how beautiful my ring turned out!! Jules Rose I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !

Akilah Gordon I’ve been coming to this place for about 4 years but I can’t any longer. They recently implemented a $200 minimum whole sale rule which was never the case in all the times I went there before. It’s a shame because this had been one of my go to places to find affordable jewelry

I can’t stress the importance of cleanliness and knowledge in this type of business and she delivered in all areas! As a pregnant woman, she was able to guide me in services that were safe for me and baby while still getting to be pampered and get the self care I was looking for.
