We built a very sweet charm “stack” with her birthstone charm, an engraved locket, and then split a together forever heart charm. Staff was so warm and helpful. The experience was so special and I definitely recommend it. We both can’t wait until she’s 8 and we can get matching zap bracelets. Thanks, Catbird!

5 /5 Erin: I visited the Catbird Soho location yesterday and had the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Catbird store, all thanks to Bella. I’ve been a loyal Catbird fan for years and own quite a few pieces, but to be honest, my in-store experiences haven’t always matched the quality of the jewelry. So when I stopped by yesterday, I wasn’t expecting much. But Bella completely changed that. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel seen and taken care of in a way that was refreshing and rare. I loved the festoon necklace they showed me so I came back later the same day just to buy it. I even asked specifically for Bella because I wanted to work with them again. I’m so glad I did. Bella turned what I thought would be another so-so shopping trip into a genuinely lovely experience. Thank you, Bella I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Hailey Yoo: I’m not sure if Bella will see this review, but I finally received my order today! I’m a huge fan of Catbird jewelry, and I was so excited to visit their Soho store last month. Bella helped me try on so many rings I had been eyeing for a while, and I ended up ordering one. It arrived today, and I couldn’t be happier! I was a bit nervous about the shipping, but FedEx even checked my ID along with my signature. Huge thanks to Bella again!
