Jenny Chan Gorgeous selection of sweaters and other goods for loved one of all ages. Shop owner was very friendly and helpful. Got caught off guard by a chilly day and needed a sweater. The sweaters are great quality, and Ive already gotten multiple compliments on it.

Another salesperson, Linda helped us find a gorgeous anniversary band and my husband bought it for me. She was very kind and friendly and it made our experience even better.

Just A guy and his silver Definitely the best place Im town when it comes to "whos paying top dollar". After making a few calls, they offered the highest amount for my silver. I stopped in there tonight looking to liquidate a small portion of my bullion and the experience was perfect. I will be going there again.

luis diaz The best jeweler on Long Island, family owned and the nicest people in the world. I called around multiple places to have a diamond installed into a setting for my engagement proposal. Due to being sent for a leadership course with the military, I had to speed up my time line and only had a few days to get this done. (I needed to purchase the setting as well) I explained the situation and they were able to help. Tuesday They ordered the setting I needed and installed the diamond when it arrived all Within 48 hours. Friday I was blessed because she said yes.!!!!!!!’ I ordered the wrong size ring (my fault) same day I brought my new fiancé to get an adjuster so it wouldn’t fall off and they did even better for me. 45 min later they resized the ring and my fiancé couldn’t be happier.

Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend
