Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!

They even sized it for me at no additional cost before sending. Ricki was very responsive throughout the process and a pleasure to work with! Eryn Geller Bell Family Jewelers did an amazing job on my wedding band! I was originally going to buy my band from an online retailer, but I remembered that I had been to Bell Family Jeweler in the past to have my engagement ring cleaned and decided to stop by so that I could get an accurate band size. I’m so glad I did. Harry was friendly and so knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to “sell” me anything. It truly felt like he was relaying information and advice as an expert, not as a salesman. The total price I paid was less than I expected to pay through the online retailer, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this businesses for any jewelry needs you might have.

Kelcey C My boyfriend and I dropped in, looking to see if they had star sapphires available. We were interested in getting an engagement ring. The staff had one available, but it didnt suit me. Jon spoke with us and let us know they make custom jewelry. We decided to give it a try. I sent in some photo ideas of what I wanted. Jon put a rough design in front of us based on what I sent. They have special software that can render a ring on a screen. It gave us a good idea of what we wanted. We sat with Jon making adjustments until we were happy with what we had. Jon then had a 3d print of the ring made. He brought in samples of different star sapphires for us to look at and with the 3d print, we could see it come together. Once we finalized the details we had the ring made. I was extremely happy with the result. I feel that I have such a unique and special ring. The fact that Jon was able to take our ideas and make such a beautiful piece of jewelry made us so happy. The staff was all so sweet and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this store. We plan on purchasing another ring for my boyfriend. I also want to get some other pieces for myself. They have such a wonderful selection. Cant wait to go back!

I brought in jewelry to have an estimate on its worth. I was able to sell my jewelry at cost and it was easy and quick. I found everything to be efficient and friendly.
