Kay Gerlach Bob resized 4 stack rings for me that I could no longer wear as they had become too tight. They had been designed and custom made by another artist who is a dear friend of our family so they are very special to me. Bob took great care in resizing the rings and did an absolutely expert job. They now fit perfectly and I have worn them every day since. I cant thank him enough for his craftsmanship and passion for his work.

Valerie Jayes We went in for my birthday gift, just to browse & see if there was anything I needed. Renee came to help me. I found a Disney necklace i needed. I started browsing rings. With Renees help, I gave her my likes & we browsed some rings & found a beauty! It was an AMAZING deal we couldnt pass up. My boyfriend is now very happy I found a promise ring I like & he got to buy me a ring. Its a pricier "promise" ring, but I am a "diamond snob" & im not upset about it!! Marika Motley Morgan and her team are angels! My engagement ring and wedding band were designed in person, together with my (future) mother in law. The stones came from her mother’s collection and Morgan was able to also create a necklace to hold my rings while working in the kitchen. My husband’s ring is exactly what he was looking for! My style was called “peculiar” by another jeweler. Morgan embraced my vision and created stunning work on the computer so I was able to get a sense of exactly what it would look like on my hand. She provided updates and an appraisal after everything was completed. The process was very transparent. I cried when I put on the finished set. Dream maker! Thank you Morgan and your team! B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. We got more than what we came for and were signed up for the bonus program which sends coupons to use based on spending and milestones. Very pleased!
