He was so awesome putting up with all my questions about different things and options. Brad was super nice, so honest, and very knowledgeable. I ended up getting a beautiful emerald ring, that I absolutely love! Renee, also was so sweet helping me in between. I will definitely be back Glenn Peters for sure, the customer service there is beyond amazing.. Brad, especially is top notch!!

I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! First of all the owner Sandra was great; she responded to my texts about hours right away, she was kind and welcoming, and very professional. I came in because I was looking for some gold hoops, but then I was interested in some studs & rings as well. Sandra was patient as I took my time to decide, helped me with sizing, & gave me her opinion on how everything looked. All the pieces were beautiful & I was glad to support a local business rather than buy online where I couldn’t see the quality or how it looks on me. I will definitely return!

Best experience Ive had fixing my watch and I even bought a necklace from them just cause I had such a nice experience. They have a dog named bananas whos also quite the gentleman and interactive with the customers. Love this place.
