They have an amazing selection of vintage/antique jewelry, great communication and they answered all of my newbie questions with patience and kindness. I didnt end up making a purchase this time around, but I will return soon!

Their location is in the heart of Williamsville in a beautiful shop. The whole process from start to finish only took 10 minutes! Taylor Tavarez I bought a necklace and it keeps breaking around my neck for no reason at all. It just falls off and snaps in half while wearing. I spent 1,000 on this gold chain and it is the worst quality I have ever bought. Went to get it fixed twice and on the second time I asked to exchange it for something else since this necklace seems to not be welded properly and it being of such bad quality. Needless to say, they refused and said it’s my fault for buying it and that it’s “not their fault for how it keeps falling off.” How??? You sold me this piece of junk. I unfortunately have to sell it somewhere else and take a loss to get something better. Please go somewhere else for jewelry this place is a rip off and has terrible customer service.
