Despite my efforts to find a trustworthy jeweler for resizing, I had yet to discover one who could accommodate a same-day turnaround, would do the service in-house, who was friendly on the phone and whom I had faith in. My dad suggested I visit Valle Jewelers while I was in town, and I couldnt be more grateful that I did. From our very first phone call, where I inquired about the possibility of a same-day sizing, to the moment I walked out the door with my engagement ring fitting perfectly, the entire experience was delightful. On the phone, Carrie worked with me to put together a plan that would work with my schedule and theirs for the best luck of a same-day sizing. Athena Rain Romano I went there to have an engagement & wedding ring sized yesterday, and I was blown away by how kind the owners were to me. It is rare to find an honest jewelry store. I went in there for something simple and I was treated like I was making a huge purchase. They didn’t care about the money they just wanted to do the right thing by me, and they did. I will now buy every piece of jewelry here for the rest of time. I never write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience I had to share.
