Donna Young This is the only local jeweler in the Kenmore area. Hofert and Craig’s are now long gone so I wanted to continue to support local. I don’t have a long wait. I brought in jewelry to have an estimate on its worth. I was able to sell my jewelry at cost and it was easy and quick. I found everything to be efficient and friendly.

Alyssa Fazio I originally came in for a ring but unfortunately the company doesn’t make too many in my size. However with the friendliness of the employees, a young woman I didn’t get her name as well as Traci, I found a bracelet that captured my eyes and Traci helped me out with the fitting and checkout. Both of them were very professional and made me feel super welcome and valued. Thank you both so so much for making my day on such a busy retail day. Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

Bradley Becker Michael was extremely helpful and informative through the process of creating an engagement ring. I am out of state but he still made it super easy to coordinate and create the exact ring I wasn’t.

Kelcey C My boyfriend and I dropped in, looking to see if they had star sapphires available. We were interested in getting an engagement ring. The staff had one available, but it didnt suit me. Jon spoke with us and let us know they make custom jewelry. We decided to give it a try. I sent in some photo ideas of what I wanted. Jon put a rough design in front of us based on what I sent. They have special software that can render a ring on a screen. It gave us a good idea of what we wanted. We sat with Jon making adjustments until we were happy with what we had. Jon then had a 3d print of the ring made. He brought in samples of different star sapphires for us to look at and with the 3d print, we could see it come together. Once we finalized the details we had the ring made. I was extremely happy with the result. I feel that I have such a unique and special ring. The fact that Jon was able to take our ideas and make such a beautiful piece of jewelry made us so happy. The staff was all so sweet and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this store. We plan on purchasing another ring for my boyfriend. I also want to get some other pieces for myself. They have such a wonderful selection. Cant wait to go back!
