This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and to the large and great selection of high end jewelry pieces. Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend

Aoife DePauw We cannot recommend Anthony Robert Jewelers enough. They are a hidden gem. In fact we make the trip from Westchester to use them. They are trustworthy, talented and extremely knowledgeable. They have been our family jeweler for many years and hopefully for many more to come. Having a jeweler that you trust completely is so important when buying, fixing or even cleaning jewelry. ARJ is that jeweler for us and we truly cannot recommend them enough!

Laurie I have dealt with John for decades. Always pleased with both purchases and repairs. He has an excellent eye for design. Will be going there again when they open on Tuesday.
